Anyway the server i went on has disappeared and the only one i can find near to me (UK) is a Russian one and the game is now suffering really Don't know if this will help you, but i had the same problem, & I uninstalled the current Physx drivers & re-installed the Physx drivers from the Medal Of Honor Airborne disc (which I own). This made the game run again, & then i just re-installed the newsest Physx drivers only straight over the top & the game runs fine. I tried tinkering with the compatibility mode but that haven't solved the problem. I can launch the game itself through changing the advanced launch options in Origin to Medal of Honor Airborne (instead of Medal of Honor Airborne setup), but that bypasses the setup, and I am stuck with too high resolutions.
